I can't wait! I just purchased an adorable "designer" blog!!! If you know anything about me, you'll know I'm all about designer...I love great jeans (especially when the size can be cut out), love to read about designer lives in trashy magazines (I know, pathetic), and I love, LoVe, LOVE a good designer purse (they ALWAYS fit). Therefore, when I stumbled upon eightcrazydesign.com and saw the lovely "designer" blogs, I whipped out the plastic! (Shhhhh, Michael doesn't know yet). I did notice the "Couture" blogs, but lets be honest...I can't really afford "Designer," so I better not fool myself by going "Couture!" I'd love to be a Couture chic, but I have to face reality. But, it's my version of reality, so I still went "Designer." :) If I was really being honest, I say to myself, "Arynne, you are a teacher. What you want and what you need are two entirely different things. Simplify." I do try to repress my material impulses, but someone smart once said, "To thine own self be true." But, hey...I warned you all with the title of my blog. So, soon I'll be blogging it up in style.

Arynne, Love your post. I just put a vinyl saying over my archway that says, "Simple Pleasures are Lifetime Treasures" I do believe this and find peace in simple things; but I have to confess, I find peace in my patchwork Coach purse also....;-).
