Bind 'Em Up!

I know, you probably think I'm a crazy woman...binding all of my "display" towels with ribbon, but seriously, towels are one of the cheapest ways to throw a splash of color in a bathroom.

How To Do It:

It looks like I just tied two ribbons on the towels, but there's another ribbon hidden inside.

1. Put the towels on the bar and scrunch them a bit at the top.

2. Gather them at the bottom and tie the ribbon around tightly.

3. Take a longer length of ribbon (I used a less expensive brown ribbon inside) and run it under the ribbon you've tied at the bottom of the towels. Carefully lift the top of the towels up so that you can tie the ribbon over the bar. Just tie it like you do shoes. You will adjust the scrunched look by pulling the ribbons before you complete the knot or bow. I use a knot so that it wouldn't come apart.

4. Re-adjust the towels on the bar and tie the top bow.
