I got my official "Back to School" letter in the mail today. (This old picture displays the expression I probably had on my face when I opened it:) Don't get me wrong, teaching is great. But, didn't summer just start? I mean it's only recently been HOT, and my summer weight loss plan isn't nearly as advanced as I planned.
These next few weeks need to S-T-R-E-T-C-H!!!
Although, maybe other moms are sooooooooo ready for school (grin).

I know, I know, my last post was all about school shopping, but the actual going back seemed so far away. Although, I do LOVE brand, spanking new school supplies!
Speaking of school, I just finished one of my 20-25 page final research papers for the end of my first semester in grad school! Hooray! One down, one to go. (YAWN!) It's 1:48, and I'm expected at the gym at 5. Will it happen? I'll get back to you on that...

Arynne, Summer never lasts long enough. And Middle School and lockers for our oldest kids? I don't know about this growing up stuff! Although exciting too. As for my hubby who's a teacher, we're doing some fun things for his classroom (BOM year)... iron rods, trees, title of libery flag etc. Do you know if the library at S.R. has the big tear off paper to purchase?

Yep! I am one of those moms that is SOOOOOO ready for school to start again. Like I said before, I have NO idea how you get it all done, and GRAD school.... What the heck?? I can't even keep up with things and I am a (well basically) a stay at home mom. GEESH! I told Audrey, watching you two makes me think I need to get ME some of those skills. Where'd you fine 'em??
