Cassie has an independent spirit. She is loyal and honest. If you are lucky enough to have her on your side, she will do ANYTHING for you. She loves fiercely and is protective of those she loves. She is smart, hip, and she has "swagger."Even though she isn't related by blood, Cassie has become part of our family in the past year. The girls look up to her, and she is extra good to them. She volunteered to help coach Abby's soccer team this summer and never missed attending one of Abby's or Livvy's games each week. Cass runs them to lessons like an older sister would and takes them to ride bikes at the church across the street so that I can have a minute to myself. She even pitches in around the house and is letting me teach her about cooking and laundry. The girls love to watch movies with her and beg her to listen to stories or spend time with them. If she's not here...everyone asks, "Where's Cass?"
Cassie is getting ready to head off to college. This will be an exciting time in her life, but she will be missed. Hopefully she'll come to her second home to visit as often as she can...we love you Cass.

This post made me a little sad, that she's growing up:(...I'm glad you teach Cass to cook and do laundry I'm worried for her being off on her own, she's been a little too pampered haha....Cass really looks up to you and your family, your a great influence on her
Arynne.. This post was very emotional for me, since I too have watched Cassie grow up. She has been a big part of my life since we were very little. She and Kami have been great friends along with Kendall and I and even Hailey too. We love their family and have valued growing up together.
It is always fun when Cassie is around and she has a very sweet spirit ;) I will always remember her adorned with pigtail braids as the fun, courageous little girl who was at times just a little spoiled but defiantly a fun addition to have around. I am very sad that Jenna and her are growing so fast and are heading to college in just a few short weeks; although I am exited to be entertained by the next chapter in their lives. I hope Cassie stays in touch as she prepares for the next section of her life. You should tempt her to create an individual blog for herself to chronically debut her “adventures” while away at college. I have heard she has just learned the art of cooking, and the grueling task of laundering duties. ;) You are right Cassie is defiantly all of those things and more! I wish her the best of luck while attending college I know she will do great!
Cass has been my baby since the day she was born. I was about 5 and she was my live baby doll... I LOVED her! It's hard to believe she is going to college! Thank goodness you are teaching her a few things! She loves you guys and your family, we have only seen her become a better person since she has been around you guys! We will all have to load up and head to Logan to see her as much as possible!I keep telling her to steal your recipes while she's cooking with you.... hahaha!
